Carpets

There are a lot of things worth mentioning or talking about that I haven't yet - been too busy shopping for carpets. This is Phase I of the Missus's plan to re-do the living room after only living in the house for 6 months. We got our living room furniture delivered in December and I foolishly thought that was it.

Oh no. Sorely mistaken.

See, now you need the carpet. One that "really ties the room together" as the Dude would say. Only once we have the carpet can we actually re-paint the walls, hang the pictures and buy the curtains. But you gotta have the carpet first.

The above picture pretty much perfectly captures my mood going into hour 6 of looking at carpets.
