The Opening Title Project

I just began reading the excellent Scanners blog by Jim Emerson (founding editor of reogerebert.com) and came across this insane movie montage posted by cuechamp.com. It's literally 100's of movie title clips strung together in a rapid-fire pulse of sound. Cool way to tie up the "Sound+Vision" posts we did last week (catch Sean's list here). It was great to see so many great title shots, even if they did pass by in the blink of an eye...

In addition, Jim posted an incredibly cool article on the what called the "Opening Shots Project." There are also a hard couple of quizzes where you have to guess the movie based on it's opening shot. The quizzes (with links to the answers) are below:
