Raining in Philadelphia

I was listening to Innocent When You Dream by Tom Waits, which maybe fits the mood of these rainy pics from my quick trip to Philadelphia more, but now it's Chupacabra by the Groovie Ghoulies, which is not as appropriate but infinitely more fun.

Although I didn't stay there long, I liked driving into Phili more than I thought I would. The architecture is much more interesting than in New York; you get more of a sense of the history of the city - it seems everywhere you turn there's something interesting to see.

Quick shot up through the moon roof. Everything is dreamier in back and white.

Lots of commotion. Maybe it's because the city is busy at this time of day, or maybe it's just that I'm running top speed to get out of the pouring rain while snapping pictures behind me.
